Ashley Altman

Founder & President

Ashley was born in Marrietta,Ga raised in Woodstock,Ga; went to CTC to educate herself in Health Care Sciences. During that time she recived her own Diagnosis of (Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Cervix).Ashley searched and scoured the internet for support, she then found the NCCC/ASHA ( National Cervical Cancer Coalition/ American Sexual Health Association) she became an advocate for herself and others. Ashley ran the Georgia chapter of the NCCC from 2012 to 2014 at the new year of 2014 she decided to leave the NCCC/ASHA to start Voices of Teal; this allowed her to raise funds and educate without having many limitations and restrictions that most corparate non profits set. Ashley has made many acomplishments over the last few years which include, speaker at national conferances, article in the Rome Tribune 2012, featured in Cosmopalitan Magazine March 2014 issue, Merck pharmaceuticals survivor video and so much more. Ashley also has a husband and 2 children 2 of which were a life saver as she may have never got that pap smear if it was not for the birth of her 3rd child, as for her 4th after years of treatments doctors told her he had a 50/50 chance of survival.

Michaela Woody

Entertainment Director

Michaela was born and raised in Cartersville, Georgia and now calls Calhoun, Georgia her new home. She is the mother of 3 boys and a Certified Nursing Assistant;She has always had the love for helping others. Michaela attended Georgia Highlands to further her education in nursing and is currently studying to become a registered nurse. She joined Voices of Teal to help educate the importance of getting screened and the options to prevent.

James Altman

Chief Finacial Advisor/Creative Director

James was born in Lake City, FL Raised since age 3 in Canton, Ga. He is also the husband to the founder of Voices of Teal. James became involved after her diagnosis and her passion for changing lives. James has a great mind when it comes to math & numbers, and has an even greater mind with the creative aspect. He plays a vital role to Voices of Teal.

Chrysyal Renee

Recruiting Director

Chrystal Giluso born and raised in Hammond, LA. Mother of 3 teenagers and LPN for 18 years. Diagnosed with CC on 2012. Spends spare time spreading awareness. Chrystal is also the division leader for Louisiana.
